Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
final settlement within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SME based on the results of the procurement procedure:
final settlement within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
7. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
