1. Payment for the Services provided / Services Stage is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:

5.1.16.1. The requirement for the absence of information about the Procurement Participant in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for by Federal Law No. 223 - FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" and in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for by Federal Law No. 44- Federal Law "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs."
5.1.16.2. Compliance of the Bidder / Offer with the selection requirements established in the "Selection Criteria" table of Appendix No. 3 to the procurement documentation.
5.1.16.3. 5.1.16.4. The procurement participant must provide, as part of its application, a Certificate of the LRR department of the Russian Guard on compliance with licensing requirements, on inspections in relation to the procurement participant and their results over the last 3 years.
5.1.16.5. The procurement participant must provide, as part of its application, a Certificate of the presence of its own duty station with round-the-clock operation and communication facilities, and the presence of a mobile group. In the certificate, you must indicate the location address and telephone numbers of the duty unit, as well as the number of personnel and a list of material resources involved in the mobile group.
