On the issue of receiving promotional codes, please contact persons in the organization of the tender (Bolgarova AA). Request promotional code is possible only after registration on ETP B2B-Center. Therefore, we draw your attention on pre-registration on ETP B2B-Center.

Technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. Filled "Excel" format - to be filled out (to certify it is not necessary);
2. Scan to pdf format, signed and stamped.
