Payment terms:
Payment of 1 (one) month of work of the specialist, with fixing the cost of 1 (one) work shift – 11 hours, at the rate of average number of calendar days per month 30.4, in case of early termination of work, payment of part of the fixed rate is made Proportional to the worked shifts per month.
The parties reflect the fact of performance of works/rendering of services on volumes of services, their kinds, by signing of monthly Act on actual quantity of spent time.
In case of necessity of rendering urgent or additional services, arisen as a result of an emergency, accident at the customer or on other circumstances, the customer gives the executor a one-time application (in the form of the corresponding official Letter), the commencement of which, in the presence of free human resources from the executor, necessarily in the terms specified by the customer. A single application for the provision of urgent services executor shall consider, sign and return to the customer within 1 (one) hour from the moment of receipt, urgent within 30 (thirty) minutes from the moment of receipt. The customer pays the actual amount of hours worked, according to the current tariff.
Payment is not subject to costs incurred by the executor: Provision of personnel for the VTS, delivery of personnel, training, retraining, insurance expenses, food and other expenses related to the provision of services.
Payment of the rendered services is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of rendered services and on the basis of the original invoice of the executor.
The tariffs for the services provided remain unchanged for the duration of the agreement.
Delivery terms:
The executor personnel must have the necessary tolerances at the changeover, provided with the necessary minimum set of including:
• Protective footwear with a steel tray;
• Helmet
• Goggles;
• Working clothes
• Work gloves.
All personnel of the contractor engaged for the performance of the work under this contract shall be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualification, possess the experience, skills and ability to perform the work in accordance with the sectoral Practice, to have all the necessary certifications and certificates.
Obligatory presence of counterparty (executor).
- Documents and permits, in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and corporate standards in the field of occupational safety and Health, labour protection and operating systems, technical standard "personal protective equipment";
- The existence of a policy in the field of industrial safety, labour protection and environmental protection;
- Honey. Employees or contracts with organizations for these types of services for the passage of pre-replacement/post-secondary examinations;
- The executor is responsible for the safe conduct of works, investigation of incidents, in case of their occurrences.
The executor undertakes to:
- During the execution of the task on the customer's objects strictly observe the existing environmental requirements, sanitary norms, safety rules and regulations, fire safety rules, as well as to comply with the regulations of the customer's company, Instructions, technical conditions, aimed at ensuring safety of work and fire safety;
- Use the work of trained, experienced and qualified personnel;
- Timely instructing personnel to ensure safe operation of equipment and proper working methods, in order to prevent injury and damage equipment executor, customer and third parties;
- To maintain fixed tariffs for rendered services during the whole term of the contract;
- Provide pre-shift and post-secondary medical supervision of personnel;
- To ensure the completion of the audit on customer's request.
