Payment terms:
Payment of 1 (one) month of the specialist’s work, with fixing the cost of 1 (one) work shift - 11 hours, based on the average number of calendar days per month 30.4, in case of early termination of work, part of the fixed rate is paid in proportion to the worked shifts per month.
The Parties shall reflect the fact of the performance of work / provision of services by the volume of Services, their types, by signing the monthly Act on the actual amount of time worked.
If it is necessary to provide urgent or additional Services arising as a result of an emergency, accident at the Customer or due to other circumstances, the Customer provides the Contractor with a one-time application (in the form of an official letter), the beginning of the execution of which, if the Contractor has free human resources, is obligatory terms specified by the Customer. The Contractor is obliged to consider, sign and return to the Customer a one-time application for the provision of urgent Services within 1 (one) hour from the moment of receipt, urgent within 30 (thirty) minutes from the moment of receipt. The customer pays the actual number of hours worked, according to the current tariff.
The following expenses shall not be paid by the Contractor: provision of personnel for personal protective equipment, staff delivery, training, retraining, insurance costs, meals and other expenses associated with the provision of services.
Payment for the rendered Services is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of the rendered Services and based on the original invoice of the Contractor.
Tariffs for the Services provided remain unchanged for the entire period of the Agreement.
Delivery terms:
The Contractor’s personnel must have the necessary tolerances for the shift, provided with the necessary minimum set of PPE, including:
• Safety shoes with steel toe cap;
• Helmet;
• Protective glasses;
• Overalls;
• Work gloves;
• Overalls for washing equipment.
All personnel of the Contractor involved in the performance of the work under this Agreement must be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualifications, have experience, skills and ability to perform work in accordance with industry practice, have all the necessary certificates and certificates.
Mandatory availability of the counterparty (Contractor).
- documents and permits, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, labor protection and OS, Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment";
- availability of policies in the field of industrial safety, labor protection and environmental protection;
- honey. employees or contracts with organizations for these types of services for pre-shift / post-shift examinations;
- all responsibility for the safe conduct of work, the investigation of incidents, in the event of their occurrence, rests with the Contractor.
The Contractor undertakes:
- when fulfilling the assignment at the Customer’s facilities, strictly observe the existing environmental requirements, sanitary norms, norms and rules of labor safety, fire safety rules, as well as comply with the regulations, instructions, technical conditions applicable at the Customer’s enterprise aimed at ensuring labor safety and fire safety;
- use the work of trained, experienced and qualified personnel;
- timely instruct personnel to ensure the safe operation of equipment and proper working methods, in order to prevent injuries and damage to the equipment of the Contractor, Customer and third parties;
- maintain fixed tariffs for services provided throughout the term of the contract;
- provide pre-shift and post-shift medical control of personnel;
- to ensure the passage of the audit at the request of the Customer.
