Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment on the fact within 90 calendar days, but not less than 60 days.
Rates remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
Delivery terms:to consider suggestions providers that perform the following conditions:
1. In the offer there are signed by the offeror contract controversy.
2. In the rates should include all costs related to the contracting of services.
3. Provision of services is carried out on the basis of the technical specifications of the customer.
4. Payment terms: Payment on the fact within 90 calendar days, but not less than 60 days.
5. The execution of the executive staff of the requirements of the technical standard "PPE".
6. The execution of the Executive personnel of the health and safety requirements.
Activities:
- fitter-mechanical standard works in the shop;
- dismantling drilling equipment;
- loading and unloading;
- washing and cleaning of equipment;
- painting equipment;
- audit procedures;
- filling out standard forms of verification performed electronically and on paper;
- other standard works in the shop and the responsibilities entrusted by the customer within the given time to work, provided that they meet the requirements of effective business, comply with safety standards.

Comments:
1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach all necessary documents simultaneously with the filing of the proposal, signed and stamped by the authorized person, Organization party to the procedure. In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party.

4. Pricing mechanism must be constant for the entire period of delivery.

Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
