Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
The Customer transfers to the Contractor 100 (one hundred)% payment in accordance with the acceptance certificate of services (Appendix No. 4) provided by the Contractor in the reporting month, in accordance with the tariffs specified in Appendix No. 3 to the contract with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing The parties to the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
In the event that an organization related to small and medium-sized businesses is declared the winner of the procedure (which will be confirmed by an appropriate certificate of entry in the register of small and medium-sized enterprises), payment under the agreement is made within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties acceptance certificate of work performed / services rendered / consignment note in the form of TORG-12 (UPD).
