If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Customer transfers to the Contractor 100 (one hundred)% payment in accordance with the acceptance certificate of services (Appendix No. 3) provided by the Contractor in the reporting month, in accordance with the tariffs specified in Appendix No. 2 to the contract with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing The parties to the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment for the services provided is made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The Contractor undertakes to make targeted delivery of payment documents by dropping them into mailboxes at the address indicated in the receipt within the following terms:
- main receipts within 3 (three) working days from the date of transfer by the Customer's Representative to the Contractor's Representative, not counting the day of delivery;
- debt receipts within 7 (seven) business days from the date of transfer by the Customer's Representative to the Contractor's Representative, not counting the day of delivery.
