Payment terms:Payment for services rendered in the following order:
final payment with a delay of at least thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:

b) the act of acceptance of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
g) report
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
In the case of a contract subject to a small or medium-sized business - in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery terms:The total period of service provision "01" in January 2020 of "31" in December 2020 (delivery address notification within 3 working days, based on the customer's needs).
