Payment terms:
Payment for rendered Services is made in the following order:
a) with a delay of payment not less than 60 (sixty) days and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services (in accordance with scenario terms of payment; except for cases when the legislation of the Russian Federation establishes mandatory terms or restrictions on the terms of payment (for example, payment for works, goods, services provided by SMB — 30 days) subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:
Scope of services: in accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix 1 to the documentation)
Service provision period: from the moment of signing the contract on July 31, 2020.
