Payment terms:
Payment for services is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: The customer makes payments as scheduled, within the contractual terms. The invoice is issued on a quarterly basis or a single invoice is issued with a breakdown by quarters for the period of work.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of services is carried out at the place and on the terms determined by the contract.

Comments: 1. The cost of work should be presented with a breakdown for site # 1 and site # 2.

The technical and commercial proposal must also contain information:

2. Agreement with the terms of the Agreement, comments.
3. Provision of appropriate licenses to perform work.
4. Experience in performing similar work, including wind monitoring in mountainous areas. List of completed projects 2018-2020
5. Staff number, qualifications.
If other conditions are assumed, the commercial proposal (offer) must include a corresponding comment.
The offer (offer) must be valid for at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a price offer signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization.
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a service agreement in the edition of the customer.
