Joint Stock Company South Verkhoyansk Mining Company invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for selecting a contractor for the provision of rental services for 2 units of diesel power plants with a capacity of 200 - 250 kW each.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
