| Payment terms: | Settlements are made by the Lessee on the basis of the Lessor's account within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice. Payment is made for the actual rental time per month by bank transfer by transferring funds to the Lessor’s bank account. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
