Payment terms:
the contract price, in particular, includes all fees charged and payable in the territory of the Russian Federation taxes and fees, the cost of all expenses, costs and other expenses of the executor, necessary for the provision of services under the contract, including cost of consumables used materials (commercial funds, necessary for the provision of services), transport costs, insurance and other costs.
Settlements under the contract are made monthly by equal installments by transferring money to the account Executive Director, indicated in the contract, within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of rendered services the basis of the exposed account Executive. Payment for rendered services is Executing Customer by bank transfer. Calculation between parties shall be undertaken in Russian rubles.
