Payment terms:
Non-cash payment.
100% payment for the services rendered is made monthly upon completion of the work not earlier than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Act, based on the invoice for payment. The Bidder can offer their own payment terms.
Delivery terms:
From the date of conclusion of the agreement until 12/31/2024. Specific terms for the provision of services (delivery of equipment and provision of crew to it) are agreed by the parties in bids.
It is allowed to select several winners of the Request for Proposals – no more than 2 (two).
When summing up the results of the Request for Proposals, the Customer will rank the bids of the Bidders according to the degree of their preference in accordance with the established criteria. Bidders whose bids will be assigned sequential numbers from 1 (first) to 2 (second) in the final ranking will be recognized as the winners of the Request for Proposals. The customer concludes contracts based on the results of the Request for Proposals with each winner.
The Bidders of the procurement procedure are recognized as winners of the Request for Proposal, whose bids are assigned numbers from 1 (first) to 2 (second).
A contract is concluded with each winner of the procurement procedure, the amount of which is equal to the maximum contract value (financing limit) specified in clause 8 of the Bid Notice.
The maximum amount of services that can be provided by all winners within one Call for Bidding lot with which contracts will be concluded is determined by the maximum value of the contract value specified in clause 8 of the Bid Notice.
The contract is concluded in the form of the Customer (Appendix No. 2 Draft contract)
In case of non-submission on the electronic trading platform of the documents specified in the Bid Notice (p.18.1. p.19) by the Bidder of the procurement procedure, the Organizer of the procurement procedure reserves the right to reject such an bid as not meeting the requirements for the composition of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding.
This procedure for Requesting prices is not a competitive bidding process, nor is it a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Customer civil obligations to conclude a Contract with the Winner of the Call for Bidding or other Bidder of the Call for Bidding, nor does it impose on the Organizer the obligation to compensate for any damage (losses) caused to the Bidder, or any expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with conducting or participating in the relevant procedures.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery, delivery period, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received Offers, as well as compensating any expenses and/or losses of the Bidders, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Bidders
