Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The price is fixed and is not subject to change during the term of the contract/specification. Payment upon completion of the work and supporting documents (Original contract and specifications, properly executed original invoices, waybills) within 30 days.
Delivery terms:The deadline for completion of works is February 2024. - July 2024
1. Availability of specialized freight transport equipped in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
2. Availability of serviceable special equipment and a sufficient number of crew;
3. Availability of qualified personnel with the necessary professional education and permission to manage t/s of the appropriate category;
4. Availability of all necessary permits and documents to permit the work of special equipment in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
Provision of special equipment, trucks for the needs of LLC "ProTehStroy" in Nevinnomyssk.
Approximate volumes on the use of special equipment:
- Truck- on-board g/n 1.5t to 10t – 30 times a month;
- Truck – dump truck g/n 10t to 20 t – 30 times a month;
- On-board crane manipulator (body length 7 meters) – daily from 3 units;
- Full–turn excavator - from 10 times a month;
- Forklift truck g/n 3t - 5t – from 4 times a month;
- Telescopic lift with a boom of at least 30m – daily from 3 units;
- A lift truck with a boom of 26m – daily from 3 units;
- Automobile crane g/n 25t – daily from 3 units;
- Automobile crane g/p 32t – daily from 3 units;
- Truck g/n 20T long gauge – daily;
- Backhoe loader with jaw grip - from 10 times a month;
- Concrete pump - from 10 times a month;
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
