• The presence of the above employees in the required number and with the necessary qualifications;
• Availability of the opportunity (if necessary) to provide personnel on a night shift from 20-00 to 8-00 at an additional urgent request;
• Providing workers with overalls, housing and food;
• Organization of independent delivery of workers to the place of work.

• Mandatory knowledge of the Russian language;
• The presence of registration in the structures of the FMS;
