The company Pirelli Russia represented by LLC PK KIROV TAYR proposes to take part in the internal procedure for selecting a contractor for the work specified in the terms of reference.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one stage in real time. The second stage of collecting "rebidding" proposals is possible only in exceptional cases.
The term of the procedure can be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, you need to contact the representative of Pirelli Russia.
Participation implies consent to enter into a contractual relationship with PC Kirov Tair LLC on the conditions stipulated by the attached form of the contract and annexes. In case of disagreement, a protocol of disagreements must be attached to the commercial offer.

SUBMISSION OF AN OFFER:

The final price request must be accompanied by a commercial offer with an indication of the cost, drawn up on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

The commercial offer must indicate:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the technical task (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information on attracting subcontractors with a listing of their names and TIN.

Request for proposals is not a tender in the understanding of the current legislation and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts (44-FZ, 223-FZ, etc.). The notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals. The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant in the request for proposals. In this case, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
