Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, provision of services) and signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate (Performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).

Performance of services (works) is performed according to the Terms of Reference at the bidding of the Customer. It is allowed to submit an offer for a part of the volumes or directions specified in the Requirements Specification.

The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer according to the Customer's form (Appendix No. 1) with the signature of the responsible person, as well as in an editable format. The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
Bidders of the request for proposals must attach the entire list of documents specified in the file "Appendix No. 3 – List of requested documentation".

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

2. Готовому в течении 3 календарных дней, после информирования от организатора процедуры о признании победителем в запросе предложений, ознакомится и направить в адрес инициатора заполненный Типовой договор ПАО "Высочайший", без протокола разногласий, который прикрепляется к документации запроса предложений.
3. Готовому в течение 5 (Пяти) дней с даты завершения запроса предложений открыть расчетный счет в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО) для целей проведения платежей по договору, в отношении заключения которого проводился запрос предложений"
