In the near future, Rosenergoatom Concern JSC plans to carry out a procurement procedure for the provision of services for designer supervision of installation and technical management of the complex of works on boiler No. 8 (design No. 4) KTS-4 in accordance with the terms of reference.
I ask you to send a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter - TCH) by e-mail to post@belnpp.ru no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of this TCH request.
The TCH should unambiguously define:
- work price and total offer price;
- deadline;
- terms of payment;
- the validity period of the offered price (in the absence of the validity period of the price, we take it equal to 6 months from the date of sending the TCH).
The main conditions for the execution of the contract:
- the planned term for concluding the contract is 02.25.2021
- the period for the provision of services - from the date of the conclusion of the contract until May 31, 2021;
- there is no advance payment on this topic;
- payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of an act of delivery signed by the Customer - acceptance of the services rendered and the invoice of the Contractor within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) for contracts:
- with a contract price up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with the only Contractor - the organization of the industry (without price limitation);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of provision of services) for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
In the case of inclusion in the TCH of production services performed by third-party organizations, it is necessary to send decryptions of the volumes of services of the co-contractor, as well as in the presence of other expenses, it is necessary to indicate the justification for the cost of material costs for each position and provide copies of documents confirming the cost of material costs.
