the application for participation in trading on the electronic procedure group B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted for each lot separately (possible filing proposals only one lot) with the application the following documents:
1. Offer filled in form of the annex in Word format + PDF.
2. Statutes:
2.1. Charter (scan only one document)
2.2. Certificate of registration (scan only one document).
2.3. Certificate of tax registration (postulated repents scan only one document).
2.4. Extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER (not older than 30 days) (scan only one document).
2.5. Memorandum (scan only od-it document).
2.6. Protocol (extract) the general meeting regarding the election of the EEC, Ordered on taking office (scan only one document)
2.7. Power of Attorney (if the cosigner-not Director-General)
2.8. Form 1 financial statements for the year 2016
2.9. Form 1 financial statements for the third quarter of the year 2017, or for the 1st half of the year 2017
2.10. Form 2 financial statements for the year 2016
2.11. Form 2 accounting for the III quarter of 2017 onwards, or for the 1st half of the year 2017
2.12. The completed signed application form.
3. Reference list (experience of similar services in the past 3 years, with certified copies of the supporting instruments: acceptance certificate, UPD with not less than 30 000 000 rub. without VAT)
4. Help on staff resources, completed in accordance with the application. Help on staff resources should contain complete information about the staff involved in the provision of services, including specialist responsible for ensuring road traffic safety.
5. List of vehicles of the contractor, fill in form by the application.
To the list of vehicles must be accompanied:
5.1. Copy of passport for each TC TC
5.2. Copy of certificate about State registration of the VEHICLE for each VEHICLE
5.3. Copy of lease agreement with copies of acts of acceptance of the TC/copy of lease contract (in case if the participant is not the owner of the vehicle).
6. Written confirmation of the party purchasing the line drivers specified requirements:
- drivers have valid medical reference-Ki of the established sample;
- neat appearance;
- strict observance of requirements of SDA RF compliance requirement from passengers.
10. additional (if possible) must make information/commercial proposal for the development of the concept of internal logistics (optimization, improvement of business processes).
