Payment terms:
1. Заказчик производит оплату по договору в следующем порядке: при оказании услуг Исполнителем в соответствии с графиком оказания услуг, расчет за оказанные услуги производится Заказчиком не ранее 60 и не позднее 90 календарных дней с момента подписания акта о приемке оказанных услуг путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя и/или по иной форме расчетов, не противоречащей законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей.
2. Расчет производится на основании актов о приемке оказанных услуг и выставленных Исполнителем счетов-фактур. (при необходимости – других расчетных документов).
3.Стороны по необходимости производят сверку расчетов. Результаты расчетов оформляются актом и предоставляются Исполнителем в адрес Заказчика.
