Industrial Holding Polymetal is a leading Russian gold mining and production company, one of the world's largest producers of silver.
LLC "Resources Albazino", included in the holding "Polymetal", asks you to consider the possibility of providing services for the improvement of access roads and sites in the territory of the production base.
Place of rendering services: Khabarovsk region, Amur, Highway machine builders, 2, production base.
Terms of production of works:
Beginning of works: 01.08.2019;
Completion of works: 01.10.2019
Responsibility and obligations of the customer:
To accept and pay to the contractor the works executed qualitatively and in the corresponding term, according to the act of executed works.
Responsibility and obligations of the executor:
Detailed information on the implementation of the work is set out in the technical specification.
If you have a positive decision, we ask you to send a quotation on the company letterhead, attaching the following documents:
1. Filled offer card;
2. Calculation of the cost of services (calculation/estimate);
3. Confirmation of performing similar works from other customers (reference list);
4. Scan-copies of documents confirming the availability of equipment for the accomplishment of works on improvement.
On the basis of the received commercial offers will be defined executor of works with which the contract of rendering of services will be concluded.
In the choice we are guided by the following basic criteria:
- Compliance of the proposed conditions with the requirements of the specification;
- The price and quality ratio of the offered conditions, as well as the attractiveness of payment terms;
- Completeness and timeliness of providing the necessary documents;
- Availability of all legal documents for conducting activities;
- Reputation of your company in the market.

2. Appendix № 1 to TK – Statement of volumes of works;
3. Map of the offer.

This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code;
This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the CIVIL Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
