Acceptance of applications for the provision of services entirely by lot

Instructions for submitting proposals:
the "Price list" file contains information on the presentation of services, with reference prices (prices for reference) - the participant makes an offer for each position. You can specify the maximum prices for services/works in this tab. ALL COLUMNS HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW MUST BE FILLED IN BY THE PARTICIPANT.
PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT
In line 44 "TOTAL", the average price for the offer will be calculated automatically, which MUST be INDICATED ON the ETP FOR THE LOT – THE PRICE IS ENTERED WITHOUT VAT.
When choosing a supplier, the average price on offer will be taken into account, but when concluding a contract, the price list will specify the cost for each region for each service, respectively, orders will be formed according to the price list.

At the stages of rebidding (in the case of an announcement), updated information from line 44 "TOTAL" is also entered after adjusting the cost for each position.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the signed price list.
Name and requirement for downloadable documentation:
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

WHAT TO UPLOAD TO THE ETP
1. Certified scanned copy of the final offer "Price List" each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file;
2. Editable version of the "Price List" file, in excel format;
3. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
4. The completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these points will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant)

Documentation from the participant must meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
