Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is made by bank transfer by transferring funds from the Customer’s account to the Supplier’s account. The date of payment is considered the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s account. Advance payment is not provided. Deferred payment of 30 (thirty) calendar days. from the date of provision of services.
Delivery terms:The participant must provide round-the-clock service, including the reception and execution of applications, including group business trips by phone, e-mail. 24-hour service mode - a service mode 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participant.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
