Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:the customer does not establish service delivery requirements.
Delivery of tickets, accounting documents and acceptance of services rendered are carried out on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:45 (on Friday till 16:30)
According to the draft Treaty the term service delivery-within one year of the date of conclusion of the contract.
