Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Terms of payment - 100% post-payment, deferred payment of 60 calendar days
2. Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
3. To provide a technical and commercial proposal with details in accordance with the Requirements Specification
4. Specify the warranty period for the services
5. Confirm and submit a contract for the disposal of bio-waste
6. Departure of a specialist to the TC 1 time a week for maintenance of traps, collection of rodents
7. To confirm the experience of deratization in greenhouses of protected soil
8. Confirm that the contractor's employees have documents confirming their qualifications, a medical book
9. Confirm that the contractor has a liability insurance policy as a result of violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms
10. The use of rodenticides that have passed state registration and are approved for use in agricultural and food production (only outside the enterprise and along the facilities
11. Expert visit to the TC 1 time a month to assess the condition of the enterprise
12. Availability of certificates of the Russian Federation
13. Specify contacts for communication on Call for Bidding
14. Specify the validity period of the Commercial Proposal (at least 1 month)

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.

Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
