Delivery terms:When the insured event specified in clause 1.6 of the Contract occurs, the Insurer undertakes to organize and finance the provision of medical care to the Insured under the stipulated VHI program (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract) within the insured amount specified in Clause 1.9.

Обоснование: Согласно п. 11.2.9. Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ООО «МПК» от 12.09.2018 г., если до окончания срока подачи Заявок, установленного Документацией о проведении Запроса предложений, Заказчиком будет получена только 1 (Одна) Заявка, несмотря на то, что Запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся, Комиссия по закупке откроет доступ к Заявке и рассмотрит ее в порядке, установленном настоящим Положением. Если рассматриваемая Заявка и подавший такую Заявку Участник закупки соответствуют требованиям и условиям, предусмотренным Документацией о проведении Запроса предложений, Заказчик заключит договор с Участником закупки, подавшим такую Заявку на условиях Документации о проведении Запроса предложений, проекта договора и Заявки, поданной Участником закупки. Такой Участник закупки не вправе отказаться от заключения договора с Заказчиком.
