Обоснование: Решено: В связи с поступившими обращениями потенциального участника и заказчика (вх. №2537 от 07.09.10-КД от 07.09.10, №2518-КД от 06.09.10) о несоблюдении требований п. 6.5.3.1. Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ и услуг для нужд ОАО НИЦ «Северо-Запада» (далее - Положение) об обязательном порядке публикации копии документа, объявляющего о проведении данного открытого запроса предложений, на интернет-сайте заказчика в разделе «Закупки», на основании п. 14 уведомления о проведении открытого запроса предложений отказаться от проведения данного открытого запроса предложений на право заключения договора на оказание услуг по добровольному медицинскому страхованию сотрудников ОАО «НИЦ Северо-Запада» с последующим повторным объявлением процедуры в соответствии с требованиями Положения.
