2.1. Conclusion of a contract for the provision of services for voluntary comprehensive insurance of vehicles (CASCO).
The vehicles subject to insurance are specified in Appendix No. 1 to this technical specification.
The list of motor vehicles subject to insurance can be adjusted by the Policyholder at the conclusion of the Insurance Contract and during the term of the Contract.
3. Territory of primary use of vehicles: Russian Federation
4. Insurance period: 12 (twelve) months, insurance policies are concluded for each vehicle as the insurance period ends under the current insurance policies..
5. Form, terms and procedure of payment for services:
Payment is made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the current account of the Insurer. In case of early refusal of the Policyholder from the Contract (insurance policy), the Insurance Contract must provide for the return to the Policyholder of part of the insurance premium for the unused insurance period without deducting the Insurer's expenses for maintaining the Contract.
6. Terms of CASCO Services:
6.1 The number of persons allowed to drive vehicles: unlimited, driving experience of more than 10 years. (full-time employees of the policyholder and other persons who drive a vehicle on the basis of a civil contract with the policyholder or a power of attorney from the policyholder and have the appropriate right to drive a vehicle (a driver's license for driving a vehicle of a certain category of the established sample). Provision of the emergency Commissioner service by the Insurer to the Policyholder;
6.2 Assistance provided by the Insurer in the formation of a package of documents for the implementation of insurance compensation in other insurance companies. Provision of services by the Insurer to assess damage to property as a result of an accident.
6.3 Insurance policies are issued by the Insurer separately for each vehicle.
6.4 The number of requests for insurance claims during the validity period of the policies is not limited.
6.5 There are no restrictions on the storage conditions of the vehicle during the validity period of the insurance policy.
6.6 Payment of insurance compensation based on the calculation of the cost of repairing the damaged vehicle. The calculation of insurance indemnity payments is carried out without taking into account the percentage of wear of components and parts to be replaced as a result of an insured event;
6.7 Payments for previously occurred insured events do not reduce the amount of the insured sum.
6.8 Repair of the vehicle at the vehicle service station (hereinafter referred to as the service station) in the direction of the Insurer.
6.9 The composition of risks to be included in the Motor Vehicle Insurance Contract:
The risk of "Theft" ("Theft") – theft, robbery, robbery or theft of the insured vehicle committed by third parties.
Risk of "Damage". Damage is understood as damage to a vehicle:
a) Damage to the vehicle as a result of an object falling into the vehicle during road traffic, including one that flew out from under the wheels of other vehicles (for example, road, utility or technical services);
b) The battle of the windows of the vehicle, the glasses of external lighting devices;
c) Theft of individual parts, parts, assemblies, assemblies installed on the vehicle, including keys from the insured vehicle;
d) Malicious, illegal actions of third parties.
e) A traffic accident (hereinafter referred to as an accident), both during its movement on the road and during its stop / parking off the road, including a collision with stationary and moving objects, overturning.
f) Fire, explosion.
g) Natural disaster and natural hazards. A natural disaster and dangerous natural phenomena are understood as:
