Payment terms:Payment for rendered Services is made in the following order:
- calculation for each stage of rendered services with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services, subject to submission by the Contractor of the following Documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills, etc
If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the applicable legislation
