Open POSITIONAL request for quotations in electronic form.
Positional procurement is carried out in order to obtain the price parameters of the bids of the procurement participants for each of the purchased items separately. At the same time, the Customer plans to purchase services for the corresponding position with the best parameters from one, two or more suppliers.
An item is a line in the "Summary Cost Table" file containing a tariff for a specific service city. There are 598 positions in total.
The bidder has the right to submit a price offer both for one item and for several or all items. The price offer for the item(s) must be issued in a single file "Summary table of cost". Items for which the bidder does not plan to participate should remain unfilled and should be shaded with a gray fill.
The bidder is obliged to submit a price offer for both services (service 1, service 2) within the selected position, as well as an offer for service 3 and service 4. If there is no tariff for at least one service within the selected position, as well as for service 3 and service 4, the customer regards this situation as the absence of a purchase request. That is, within the framework of one service city (position), the participant has the right:
- or offer tariffs for BOTH services (service 1, service 2), as well as for services 3 and 4;
- or not to submit a price offer for any of the services
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: Отказать претенденту ООО «ВС-Экспресс регион» в допуске на участие в закупке на основании п. 5.4.1 Политики закупок ПАО Банк «ФК Открытие» (далее – Политика закупок) в связи с несоответствием участника закупки установленным Заказчиком в пп. 6 и пп. 7 п. 9 документации процедуры закупки требованиям, а именно: не подтвержден опыт оказания аналогичных услуг в соответствии с требованиями, установленными в документации закупки.
