Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (Appendix No. 5 to the Contract), subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) reports
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of a contract with a small and medium-sized business entity:
the payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer, signed and sent by the Contractor, the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The term of rendering services: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2023.
In accordance with the terms and frequency provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to the Procurement Documentation).
