Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Post-payment, according to the terms of the contract.

Comments:
To participate in this trade procedure, applicants must be a member of the Charter of the agro-industrial complex "Motor Transport" and provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (template attached to the auction)
In KP, specify the Price in rubles per ton. Be sure to specify the number of units of own/hired vehicles.
2. Scans of PTS of own transport and transport lease agreement. The number of vehicles must match the information specified in the offer and must provide the declared volumes on the basis of supplies.
3. For each basis, attach a route certified with a signature, seal and date.
4. Reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.

In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

Please note that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
