Payment terms:Payment for services rendered is made with a delay of at least thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of services rendered by the Contractor, subject to submission of the following documents:
a) account;
b) the act of acceptance of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) the invoice;
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of bills and so on.
If the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment period is established in accordance with the current legislation
