Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In the event that the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation
