Payment terms:Payment under this Agreement is made in the form of cashless transfer by transferring money to the Contractor’s current account specified in section 11 of this Agreement, no more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered (Appendix 4 to the Agreement). The basis for payment is the signed Act of the work performed (services rendered) and the invoice. If the contract is concluded with SMEs, the payment term is set in accordance with applicable law
