Payment terms:Terms of payment for Participants who are subjects of small and medium business: the maximum term for payment of delivered goods (work performed, services rendered) under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) concluded according to the procurement results should be no more than 30 calendar days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract (a separate stage of the contract).
For all other Participants: payment for services is carried out by the Customer within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the Contractor's invoice, but not earlier than the fifteenth day of the month in which the payment is made, based on the act of services rendered and signed by the Parties.
