Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Post-paid cashless payment system. Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period not less than 01.06.2020 g (i.e. not less than 1 year). The date of fulfillment by the customer of its obligations on payment of services shall be the data withdrawal from the customer's current account. Payment for work/services is carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment of providing the package of supporting documents (invoice, act of executed works, register), and if the documents are provided in different terms – on the last Missing document.
Delivery terms:Daily Bus Supply
- Drivers with appropriate categories must be admitted to the carriage of passengers;
- Observance of the regime of work and rest of drivers established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- Regular provision of drivers with the necessary operational information on the conditions of traffic and work on the route;
- Organization of control over observance by drivers of requirements on safety of passenger transportations.
- Provision of vehicles with fuel and lubricants;
- Maintenance of replacement of vehicles at the time of their repair;
Requirements to quality of rendered services:
Passing of State technical inspection by buses in time and control before release on a line.
Drivers must undergo a mandatory pre-trip medical check and have a corresponding mark in the itinerary.
Obligatory observance of time of delivery of buses.
