Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Recommended conditions of Rusagro Group of Companies 100% deferred payment within 40 calendar days. If the amount of advance payments exceeds 1,000,000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee for the return of advance payments from a top-10 bank according to the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
