Offers: availability of the necessary documents for the conduct of this activity, quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience, feedback and/or recommendations from customers.
4. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
