Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer pays for the service rendered on a monthly basis, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the rendered services, upon the fact of the rendered services, on the basis of the submitted invoices, invoices or UPD, bill of lading. Settlements are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
