Settlement for the rendered stages of the Services is performed in the following order:
with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) the conclusion of the industrial safety examination
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
