Payment terms:
Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of work performed by a bill of RUSAL Achinsk JSC. In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.
Delivery terms:
The scope of work on industrial safety expertise is carried out according to the program developed in accordance with the requirements of RD 03-421-01 (September 6, 01 No. 39) approved by the Contractor
The customer provides reliable information about the state of technical devices in accordance with industrial safety requirements.
The list of technical devices is set out in Appendix No. 2 to this terms of reference.
Types of work on the ARD performed within the framework of the concluded Agreement:
- industrial safety expertise,
- technical diagnosis
- technical inspection
- certification of technical specifications.

Comments: Criteria for the expert assessment of the choice of the Contractor for the performance of work are:
1. Minimum purchase price;
2. Dates of work according to the requirement of the Customer (within 90 cd, but no later than 12/25/2019);
3. Availability of permits for the provision of services:
- availability of voluntary certification.
- the availability of human resources, trained personnel.
- The presence of personnel trained and knowledge tested: labor protection when performing work at heights (in accordance with sections I, II), PTB, PPB, POTEU, confirmed by the protocols of certification commissions of specialized organizations;
- the presence of SRO.
4. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion by a bill of JSC RUSAL Achinsk;
5. Quality assurance of at least 12 months.
6. The contract between the Customer and the Contractor is drawn up as amended by the Customer.
7. Prices for materials should be market, with verification and approval by the customer.
8. The contractor must have its own (or rented) material and technical base, its own equipment, rented or located on other legal grounds, for the performance of contractual work, with confirmation of information on material and technical resources.
9. If necessary, the Customer may conduct a technical audit.
10. Work under the contract as amended and on the terms of the Customer. For violation of the deadlines for the performance of work on services, the Customer has the right to present the Contractor with a forfeit in the amount of 0.1% of the total cost of the unfulfilled stages of work for each day of delay, but no more than 10% of the total cost of the Agreement, in case of violation of the deadlines for the performance of work, the Customer may also refuse to accept execution and demand damages
