Payment terms:
Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion of the Works by a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk. In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.
Delivery terms:
The scope of work on the examination of industrial safety is carried out according to the program developed in accordance with the requirements of RD 03-421-01 (06.09.01 No. 39) approved by the Contractor
The customer provides reliable information about the state of technical devices in accordance with industrial safety requirements.
The list of technical devices is set out in Appendix No. 2 to this technical assignment.
Types of work on the OSA carried out under the concluded Agreement:
- industrial safety expertise,
- technical diagnostics,
- technical examination,
- certification of technical specifications.

Comments: The criteria for expert evaluation for the selection of the Contractor for the performance of the work are:
1. Minimum purchase cost;
2. Terms of work execution according to the Customer's request (within 90 cd, but no later than 25.12.2021);
3. Availability of permits for the provision of services:
- availability of voluntary certification.
- availability of human resources, trained personnel.
- Availability of personnel trained and knowledge tested: on labor protection when performing work at height (in accordance with sections I, II), PTB, PPB, POTEU, confirmed by the protocols of certification commissions of specialized organizations;
- SRO availability.
4. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion with a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk;
5. Quality assurance of work for at least 12 months.
6. The contract between the Customer and the Contractor is drawn up in the version of the Customer.
7. Prices for materials must be market prices, with verification and approval by the Customer.
8. The contractor must have his own (or leased) material and technical base, his own, leased or otherwise legally located equipment for performing contractual work, with confirmation of information about material and technical resources.
9. If necessary, the Customer can conduct a technical audit.
10. Carrying out work under the contract as amended and on the terms of the Customer. For violation of the terms of performance of work on services, the Customer has the right to present to the Contractor a forfeit in the amount of 0.1% of the amount of the values of the outstanding stages of work for each day of delay, but not more than 10% of the total cost of the Agreement, in case of violation of the terms of performance of the work, the Customer can also refuse to accept performance and claim damages
