Payment terms:advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of services within 10 banking days from the moment of signing the contract. Further payment of rendered services is made for each stage minus the amount of the previously issued advance, within 10 (ten) banking days from the moment of signing the documents specified in clause 4.2 of the Technical Specification (Appendix № 1)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
