Payment terms:Payment for the Services provided by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer is carried out by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days following the date of receipt by the Customer of the original invoice and invoice drawn up by the Contractor on the basis of a bilateral Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered signed by the Parties.
Delivery terms:Working hours: rotational, 365 days a year, in 2 shifts of 11 hours.
The term for the provision of services: from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023.

TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. The deadline for the submission of the procurement proposal and the opening of the technical part of the procurement proposals of the bidders is 09/30/2020 15-00.

It is necessary to attach to the commercial proposal a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed occupational health and safety application form with attachments and experience in providing similar services (performance of work).
2. Rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full scope of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.
4. Commercial offers without the necessary attachments in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidder (clause 14) may not be admitted to rebidding.

Note: this request for prices is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
