Payment terms:Payment under the contract is made monthly, within 12 (twelve) banking days, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice, after the Parties sign the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered, in the amount of 100% for services actually provided in the past month.

Comments:
The documentation provided by the participant must contain:
1. The price table filled out according to the attached form of Appendix No. 1 to TK.
2. General information about the participant, according to the attached template "Application form for the participant", completed according to the attached form of Appendix No. 2 to TK.
3. Other documents, the requirements for which are reflected in the attached TK.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
