Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Mandatory requirements for Bidders:
1 Terms of payment - deferral of 60 cal.days (specify otherwise)
2 Confirm the experience of providing this type of service
3 Confirm the provision of services in accordance with the terms of reference
4 Confirm the readiness to visit the facility to familiarize yourself with the technological process of assembling gifts and other working conditions and specify a convenient date of the visit
5 Confirm that in case of detection of a marriage (under-investment, re-abortion, etc.), the contractor, at his own expense and by his own efforts, carrying out the elimination of the identified violations
6 Ensure the delivery of personnel to and from the facility on their own by the specified start/end time of work
7 Not to involve third parties (sub-executors) in the execution of the contract (Confirm)
8 Not to employ persons under the age of 18, persons in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication
9 Ensure that the personnel performing the work (services) have special clothing: shoes closed heel sock made of washable material. (disposable bathrobe, cap is provided by the customer).
10 Provide preparation for work and cleaning of the workplace with detergents and antiseptics provided by the customer
11 "Confirm readiness to perform work in the period: 06/01/2024 to 10/31/2024.
The customer informs the contractor about the start of the work 7 calendar days before the start. "
