Payment terms:
advance in the amount of 30% of the value of the leased item shall be transferred to lessor within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Payment of leasing payments is carried out from the month following the month of acceptance of the leased object in full and is made during the lease period-36 months, monthly, equal payments, not later than the 25th of each month.

Place of service provision: Russian Federation, Sverdlovsk region, Nizhny Tagil. Terms (periods) of service provision: 36 months from the date of acceptance of the leased item. Delivery time of the leased item: Within 7 calendar days from the date of transfer of the advance payment. Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для МУП «ТДС» заключить договор с ООО «Открытая лизинговая компания» с суммой договора 14 263 570,25 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
